Seattle... and randomness after logging on FB

I offically smile again. :) :D

Me and my family went to Seattle to the Bodies thing by Pike and 5th St. It was fun, and I got a new shirt in the process. It is so amazing how the human muscles look, and how scientists preserve them. They use a quick freeze method and then cut a person's body up into thin slices for some of the stuff we saw, it looked cool. The cross section of the knee muscles and fat looked like bacon, my Mom thought the skin looked like chicken. ._. (You see where I get random from now.)

The covering of the intestines looks like Tripe, the cow lining in menudo... makes me irked kind of. I haven't had menudo in ages since I moved to Washington. One area was the development of the fetus during pregnancy, pretty amazing. Did you know at 5 weeks, the heartbeat begins in a fetus? One of the things they had in there was the skeletal development after 10 weeks, they injected a dye that turns it deep red and shows the bones. It looks freaky by the 20th week.

That happens to be the week where they determine if you are a boy or a girl inside your mother's uterus. So how doctors know, its pretty cool too. At 30 weeks you are almost full size, they had an example of it. I like all of it over all, just wished to see more. There were only 2 floors of it, no cameras, and mostly dead men in the muscles form. Only one female, which still looked cool. The breasts are fat!

Did you know the male brain is 2 lbs, and the female brain is 2.5 lbs? So for woman trying to lose those extra 3 pounds... that might be your brain's weight! Haha.

After that we went to the waterfront, hung out there. Lots of singers, one guy reciting the Bible. On the way back from Pike Place Market we noticed what place the guy was by (reciting Bible guy).

He was on the corner by the adult product store there...

Oh nice one... as you know GOD loves adult novels and other adult products. Way to to go Bible Man! :D

Great day.
